I'm fortunate to be in the service of The Duchess of Wellington, a bed and breakfast in old Chatham. Our mansion is a 19th Century Queen Anne Revival home faithfully conserved both inside and out, including the surrounding Victorian gardens. The historic (War of 1812, Underground Railway) community of Chatham is between Lakes Erie and St. Clair, an hour's drive east of Detroit. We are in the centre of SW Ontario's ecological attractions.
